1T sesame oil 1 T soy sauce 1/2 C Hoisen sauce 3 T orange juice concentrate 2 green onions chopped 1 T black bean sauce 1 tsp. orange peel 2-3 garlic cloves lettuce leaves (Boston lettuce) minced chicken - (approximately 2-3 lbs.) **If wanted you can also add chopped walnuts**
In a sauce pan, add sesame oil and saute chicken with chopped onions and garlic. After it is pretty cooked add all other ingredients. Place chicken alone in a bowl and lettuce on side.
