3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp soda
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups bananas, very ripe and mashed
2 tsp vanilla
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir until moist. Put in two loaf pans. Bank at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes. This makes a dark, moist bread.
