1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
2 bottles red cake coloring
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 Tbsp vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with cocoa. Add vanilla, buttermilk, cake coloring, butter and eggs. Blend until moistened. Add soda and vinegar and mix into cake mixture. Beat for four minutes at medium speed. Do not overbeat! Bake at 375º in layer pans for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting or Mystery Icing (included in this cookbook)
