2 lbs. pinto beans
2 large onions - chopped
dry salt pork
1 tsp. salt
2 cans Rotel tomatoes & peppers
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 whole jalapeņo
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans and soak over-night in 3 cups of water for every cup of beans. Add onions, salt pork, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add Rotel, chili powder, jalapeņo and garlic powder. Continue simmering for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
