Lettuce (2-3 kinds)
Avocado (dip in lemon juice to prevent browning)
1 pint strawberries
½ c. seedless green grapes
¼ c. walnut pieces

HONEY-MINT DRESSING
3 T. oil
1 T. honey ( 1½ T)
1 T. tarragon vinegar
1 garlic clove (or three shakes pwd. garlic)
½ tsp salt
1 drop mint extract
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all in blender. Place in jar. Cover and let stand form three hours. Remove garlic. And shake. Pour on lettuce greens just to coat. Arrange lettuce greens on plate and garnish with fruits and nuts.
