1c. sugar
1c. cooking oil
4-5 eggs
2c. mashed bananas (about 6 very ripe medium bananas)
3c. flour
3tsp. baking soda
1tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease 2 loaf pans and put aside.
Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
Beat oil and sugar then add eggs, once they're well blended add mashed bananas.
After that is well blended add the dry ingredients.
Pour into greased pans and bake at 325 for 1hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
