Recipe #1: 1 1/2 lb. butter/margarine 2 lb. brown sugar 2 t. vanilla pinch of salt 10 eggs 8 c. flour Recipe #2 - Yield: About 7 dozen 1 lb. butter 3 c. light brown sugar 6 eggs 7 c. flour 1/4 t. baking soda 1 t. pure vanilla extract pinch of salt
Same for Recipes #1 and #2: Cream butter and brown sugar. Add vanilla, beat in eggs, add flour. Roll into 1-inch balls and place in waffle iron for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
