Crumb Topping:
2 c. flour
1 c. packed light brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. walnut pieces
Cake:
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. vegtable oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Confectioners' sugar

Heat oven 350. 13 x 9 pan lined with non-stick foil
Crumb topping: Mix flour and brown sugar in bowl. Cut in butter with 2 knives until mix forms coarse crumbs; stir in nuts.
Cake: Mix mashed bananas, oil, sugar, egs, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon and salt with whisk until combined. Stir in flour and baking soda until blended, spread evenly into lined pan and crumble topping on top.
Bake 40 min. Let cool.. Lift out of pan with ends of foil; cut into 12 squares; sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
