2 to 4 chicken breasts
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c water
1 T oil
1 T soy sauce
2 cloves crushed garlic
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Salt
Onion Salt
Beau Monde (or Celery Salt)

Marinate chicken breasts in lemon juice, water, 1 T oil, 1 T soy sauce, and crushed garlic for for 2 hours or more. Mix dry seasonings to blend well. Remove chicken from marinade and roll in seasoning. Cook on grill or in a hot skillet.
