Salad:
1 Head of lettuce, washed and torn
8 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Cauliflower, chopped
Dressing:
4 C. mayonnaise
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
Directions:

Salad:
Toss ingredients together in a large bowl to combine.
Dressing:
Whisk dressing ingredients together. Refrigerate to chill.
Prior to serving, toss dressing with salad.
