1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp salt
1 C sour cream or plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onion and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8-10 min, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in soup and salt. Simmer uncovered 10 min. Stir in sour cream; cook until hot. Serve over noodles or rice.
