5 cebollas medianas blancas cortadas in cuatro
1 cucharada de azucar - (el azucar es lo más importante)
un poco de sal
2 cucharadas de vinagre
1 cucharada de aceite
un poco de ají (al gusto)

Directions:
Directions:
Se hace hervir 5 a 7 minutos las cebollas
Se hace un adereso con el azucar, la sal, el vinagre, el aceite y el aji.
El adereso disuelto se echa sobre las cebollas.
Se remueve con gran cuidado y se deja reposar 2 horas.
