1 lb. ground beef
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
3 stalks celery
1/2 c, water
4 - 5 c. zucchini (unpeeled)
2 ripe tomatoes (cut up)
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the margarine, green pepper, onion, celery stalk, water, zucchini, tomatoes, ketchup, oregano, salt and pepper.

Brown and drain ground beef. Add the sautéed mixture to the ground beef. Place in a large rectangular baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
