Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Ground Round or Ground Turkey
2 Can Mild Enchillada Sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 Can Tomato Soup

1 - 10 pack of Flour Tortillas (Large size)

12 oz. Shreaded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground round or turkey, or the combination of each till done. Drain off excess fat.( I use a very large skillet)

To same pan add 1 can tomato soup, 2 cans mild enchillada sauce, small can of chopped green chilies, and stir well. Let it heat up (15-20 minutes) to combine flavors.

Spray a glass 9x13 pan with Pam- Take a flour tortilla shell in your hand, spoon 2-4 tablespoons of the mixture on the shell and roll it up, place it in pan. Continue till pan is full, I usually have 7 across, and the other 3 are layered across the bottom to fit evenly in pan.

Pour remaining mixture on top and spread evenly, add the cheese and place in a preheated oven of 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

You can serve with sour cream and taco sauce. I cut this into squares and plate it.
