6 eggs, hard boiled and finely chopped
1 tbsp. onion, minced
3-4 tsp. salt
2-3 drops of tabasco
1/4 cup (4oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together and the first six ingredients until creamy. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
