1 head cabbage, chopped
2 pkgs Raman noodles, broken (do not use the seasoning packets)
8 Tbsp sesame seeds
8 Tbsp slivered almond

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1 stick butter

Directions:

Set cabbage aside after chopping. In a saute pan, melt butter and add crushed noodles (no seasoning!), almonds, and sesame seeds. Brown until golden, take out of pan and set aside to cool on paper towels. Mix dressing and set aside. Wait until ready to serve, and mix together the cabbage, browned noodle mixture and dressing. The fresher, the better-it gets soggy quickly.
