1 pkg chopped spinach
6 oz cheddar cheese
8oz small curd cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 onion, grated or 2 tbsp. minced onions

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350º until bubbly for 20-30 min
