1 three pound chicken
1 small pkg Doritos
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic salt or powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel

Directions:

Boil and de-bone chicken. Dip Doritos in chicken broth, then place in bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer with chicken, onions, and peppers. Sprinkle with spices and cheese. Mix soups and spread over cheese. Cut up Rotel and spoon on top. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
