2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Chopped Mango (2 big mangos is usually enough)
1/2 Cup chopped dates
1/2 Cup Walnuts or Macadamia Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients.In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until moisten. Fold in mangos, nuts or dates. Batter will be stiff.
Spoon into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack.
