2 cups mashed potatoes
1 eggs
enough flour to make thick
cooking oil

Directions:

add egg to mashed potatoes
add flour to make thick and form in ball
mash ball into pancake about 3" across
fry in oil on medium heat until light brown on both
sides
drain on paper towel and serve
