2 boxes frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 large chopped onion
DRESSING:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen vegetables slightly so they are still crisp. Drain excess liquid and add chopped ingredients. Bring ingredients for the dressing to a boil over medium heat and then cool. Pour dressing over salad and chill.
