1/2 cup canola oil
juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and store in frig. Great as a marinade. Carmen and Joanie triple this recipe and keep in a quart glass mason jar in the frig.
