2 large cucumbers
2 parts water/1 part white vinegar
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 fresh cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. dill seed
2 sweet banana peppers
1 green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers. Combine water and vinegar and add cucumbers. Cover container and let set 24 hours. Slice onion and add along with salt and pepper. Carmen variation #1: add minced garlic and dill weed and dill seed. Carmen variation #2: cut up and add sweet banana peppers and green pepper.
