Ingredients:  
2 cups squash
3/4 stick butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain, and mash squash up. Add other ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased 9 X 12 inch baking pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
