1-2/3 cups flour
¾ Tsp salt
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup oil (canola)
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
1/3 cup water

Directions:

Mix together and set aside:
1 2/3 cups flour
¾ Tsp salt
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
Mix together:
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup oil
Add:
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
1/3 cup water
Mix above two together until just blended (don’t mix more than necessary), then stir in:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until tests done.
I think this makes one large loaf (I usually double the recipe and make 3 medium loaves).

I love to make these up (the small individual loaf pan size) for Christmas, wrap with Christmas Glad Seal Wrap and give them to friends.
