8-10 small firm ripe bananas
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1/2 C. butter
12 lumpia wrappers
Oil for frying

Powdered sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each banana into lengthwise halves. Lay banana halves into a microwave dish and add butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat for about 1-2 minutes or until butter and sugar are melted.

Place 1-2 banana halves on each lumpia wrapper with a little butter sauce. Fold neatly like an envelope and seal with water.

Heat oil and fry lumpia until golden brown. Enjoy!

You can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness!
