1 box frozen chopped spinach (drained)
1 C. mayonnaise
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 stalk green onion (minced)
1 pkg. Knorr's dry vegetable soup mix (OR)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the spinach and combine all the rest of ingredients. Refrigerate over night.

Serve with round French bread or sweet bread with the center scooped out. Also good with long French bread cut into bite size pieces.
