1/3 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 Lb. boneless steak (Flank steak)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in Ziploc bag and add steak, coating both sides with the marinade.
Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning steak once halfway through.

Broil or barbecue steak about 2 - 5 minutes per side. (Cook from rare to well-done)

Carve cross grain into thin slices.
