6 thin cut chicken breasts
honey mustard or dijon
garlic salt
soy sauce
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
take the breasts and lightly cover them with honey mustard or dijon add garlic salt place them flat over medium heat add a little soy sauce and get them golden on both sides...you are done!
serve with brown rice and steam vegetables for a healthy fast dinner...
