1 large head of Romaine lettuce
4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup craisins
1 apple (cubed)
1 pear (cubed)

DRESSING
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup oil
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. poppyseed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lettuce, cheese, cashews, craisins, apple, and pear.

In blender mix sugar,lemon juice, onions, mustard, salt and oil until thickened. Stir in poppy seeds.
Combine dressing and lettuce mixture a short time before serving. Don't let is sit too long before serving.
