1 Box Lemon Cake Mix (follow directions on box)

Filling:
1 lb. ricotta cheese (drained)
cup powder sugar
c. (1/2cup. Mini chocolate chips)

(Frosting: Cool whip (try the mocha flavor if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions for cake. Place in two round pans.

Mix ingredients for filling, and place in refrigerator until ready to use.

When cooled, slice each round in half. Add the filling..

Top with Cool Whip for frosting.
