2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 tsp. molasses
2 tsp. fresh garlic
2 tsp. Kosher salt
2 thick-cut pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop the garlic and combine with the pepper and salt. Add to molasses and mix thoroughly. Rub mixture on chops (go ahead, use your hands), pour any extra over the chops and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Grill about 5 minutes per side -- more/less depending on how hot your grill is.

I came up with this recipe through experimentation and it's about how I like it. I usually end up using extra molasses because I like it. When you grill, make sure the flames are not too high because you don't want to burn the molasses (it'll smell bad and smoke a lot). It's better to grill them slowly on low heat if you have to.
