Healthy Choice Smoked Sausage (14-16 oz.)
5 garlic cloves
4 (16 oz.) Cans Black Beans
1 large onion chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
½ yellow bell pepper
2 chicken Bouillon
½ jar Pace Picante sauce
¼ tsp. cumin
1 Large can Black Beans to Puree
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
optional: crushed red peppers flakes

Directions:

Spray frying pan with Pam spray—cut sausage into 1 ½ inch pieces and brown, stirring constantly. (Remove- set aside)

Spray pan again, add onion and peppers, sauté, add water if necessary (steam about 6-7 minutes)

Blend 1 large can of black beans in blender with garlic cloves. – Add to soup pot with 1 can water and bouillon cubes. Add remaining ingredients stirring often. Cook for about 1 hour. (Crushed red pepper flakes, about 6-8 shakes)

You can add a dollop of sour cream, and chopped red onion to top of soup if so desired.
