9 eggs (or Egg Beaters©)
5 1/4 cups of [whole] milk
2 1/4 cups of sugar
1/8 tsp. of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring (56 drops)
5 1/4 cups of whipping cream
2 (7 oz.) chocolate bars, grated

Mix all ingedients together, adding the chocolate last so that it does not get blended in too much. Pour mixture into ice cream freezer and follow freezer's directions to make the ice cream.

I've made this recipe a few times and it's really good. I have a smaller ice cream freezer so I have to cut the recipe in half and it's still good.
