2-3 lbs. Pork Butt
1 small can tomato sauce
1 Can (soup size) diced tomatoes
4-5 garlic cloves
tsp.cayenne
2-3 shakes crushed pepper
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, season. Blend diced tomato and tomato sauce, garlic, (puree in blender)
Add to meat, add water enough to cover meat.

Cook about 3 hours

Serve on warmed flour tortillas,
Optional: add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese.
I sometimes make a Spanish rice, and add it to make burritos.
