"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
If you can find Graham cracker crumbs in a box at your grocery store, that's the easiest thing to do. But, in a pinch, you can buy a box of Graham crackers and make your own crumbs by crushing them, smashing them, and/or putting them in a food processor.
I recommend using Reeses© peanut butter and Hershey's© chocolate chips.
It's easiest to melt the chocolate chips using a Pyrex© mixing bowl and the microwave. Just put them in the microwave for a minute, take them out and stir them, put them in for another minute and repeat until you get them melted nicely.
After you pour the chocolate over the peanut butter stuff, it's good to shake the pan to get out any air bubbles and make the chocolate as even as possible.
It's hard to cut the cups into squares without cracking the chocolate, especially if the chocolate is cold. Cut after chocolate is hardened with a warm knife if necessary.

Mom gave me this recipe but somehow I get roped into making them every Christmas, probably because I want them the most.
