Seasoning:
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
salt & pepper to taste
Sauce:
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 T. freshly grated ginger
1 T. sherry vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloins on center of grill.
Grill approx. 30 minutes for medium (center slightly pink-160ºF), turning occasionally to brown evenly.
Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes until preserves are melted and sauce is hot. Keep warm.
Remove pork from grill and carve into slices. Arrange on a platter and spoon sauce over slices.
