1 medium onion chopped
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c each catsup and hot water
1 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt

Brown meat; mix the rest of the ingredients together;
add browned meat to mixture and let simmer for 3-4 hours. Put mix on whole wheat hamburger buns.
