Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 packages yeast
4 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
3 teaspoons salt
12 cups Pillsbury or White Lily bread flour (5 lbs)
4 cups milk
cinnamon
¾ cup shortening
2 boxes confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 1 cup of warm water in a 2 cup glass container and set aside. Place milk in pan on low heat stirring constantly until warm. Add shortening to the milk and stir until melted. Set aside. Sift flour and sugar and salt and mix well. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add slightly beaten eggs, milk and shortening mixture. Add yeast and water mixture and mix until well blended. Gradually add flour, sugar and salt mixture (4 cups at a time). Mix well after each time. After adding the last mixture of flour, sugar and salt beat by hand for 5 to 10 minutes until mixture is smooth. Cover the top and the sides of the dough mixture with vegetable oil or melted margarine. Cover bowl with a clean damp towel or paper towels. Set bowl in a dry warm area so the dough mixture will rise. Let dough rise approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Dough will rise to the top of the bowl. Then roll out on a floured surface and brush with soft margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and raisins. Roll up like jelly roll and cut into 1 - 2 inch pieces and let rise about 10 -15 minutes. Place on greased pans and bake at 375° about 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool, then frost with powdered sugar frosting.
