3 lb fryer cut up 8 oz can mushrooms cut up 1 large can artichoke hearts 2 T flour 6 T butter divided 2/3 c chicken bouillion 1/2 t paprika 1/4 t pepper 1&1/2 t salt
Season chicken with salt, pepper an paprika. Brown in 4 T butter. In a separate pan saute' mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add flour to thicken then stir in bouillon. Add artichokes to chicken, pour mushroom sauce over. Cover and bake at 375º for 40 minutes
