4 fillets fresh fish, approx 4 oz each
6 tablespoons butter, divided
3 tablespoons capers, drained
5 tablespoons white vinegar

Directions:

Rinse fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Salt lightly to taste. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in large nonstick skillet. Brown fillets at medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, turning once, until fish flakes with a fork. Transfer to serving platter. Place remaining 4 tablespoons butter in the skillet. Allow to bubble and turn brown, being careful not to burn. Add capers and vinegar; swirl the pan. Pour sauce over the fillets.
