1 C Orange Juice
1/2 C Water
1 C Instant Couscous
1/4 C finely chopped dates
1/4 C Raisins
1/4 C Slivered Almonds
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Juice and water to a boil in a small pot. Remove from heat
Stir in Couscous
Meanwhile in a separate pan, simmer dates raisins, almonds, and cinnamon in 1/2 C water for 2 minutes
Add cooked Couscous.
Mix well and serve warm
