2 fillets Mahi Mahi, approx 4 oz each
Olive Oil Pam spray
1 tablespoon capers, drained
Wish Bone Baslamic Breeze salad spritzer
Mrs. Dash Seasoning, table blend
Minced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Spray fillets on both sides with Pam. Place in oven proof casserole dish large enough to lay flat without overlapping. Sprinkle each fillet with 1/2 tablespoon capers. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and minced onion to taste. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° until flaky (approx 10 - 12 minutes).

This is my own variation of several different recipes I came across. Pretty quick and simple, just a few healthy ingredients, but a really good flavor! It works well with any white flaky fish.
