2-3 cups yellow rice, cooked
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
6 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put cooked yellow rice in the bottom of a greased, medium size casserole dish. Place shredded chicken on top. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs, poppy seeds and melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
