1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles
1/4 cup butter
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/3 white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pound fresh broccoli, chopped
1 bag romain lettuce
4 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Crush noodles. Melt butter in a baking pan in a 350 oven. Add walnuts and noodles; bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. They should be lightly browned. For dressing, whisk olive oil and next 4 ingredients. Add walnut/noodle mixture, broccoli, lettuce and green onions. Toss with dressing and serve.
