1 head cabbage 1-2 small carrots 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. cider vinegar or white vinegar 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. celery seed (optional) salt and pepper to taste
Thinly slice cabbage or shred with a grater or mandolin slicer to obtain about 4 cups. Grate carrots and mix in. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients well. Pour over vegetables and toss until all vegetables are coated. Serve chilled.
