1 c. shortening (part butter)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
cinnamon and sugar mixed together

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Combine and add flour, cream of tartar, salt, and baking soda.

Roll in a cinnamon sugar mix and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
