1 qt. colostrum milk (4th or 5th milking) or whole milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour (not too thick)
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk, sugar, salt, and flour. Melt hunks of butter in two 9x13" cake pans and pour mixture in pans. Bake at 450º for 25 minutes.

When baked, it is about 1/4" thick, which bubbles up in some spots. Traditionally, we put butter and sugar on top to eat.
