Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups macaroni, cooked
4 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp self-rising flour
3 cups whole milk
1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 slice bread, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on box, drain. While noodles are cooking, make the white sauce, by melting margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly with wooden spoon as you add flour, then add milk slowly right after adding flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Stir slowly, as it becomes thickened. Take off heat, Arrange 1/2 of noodles in casserole dish, 1/2 of the cheese, then pour 1/2 of white sauce over this. Now pour in the rest of noodles, the rest of cheese, and pour over this the remainder white sauce. (If it seems real thick, add milk to your saucepan and mix, then pour over all casserole.) You be the judge how stiff you want your macaroni and cheese, but our family always loves it creamy and almost a runny state, as you take it from the oven. Now sprinkle bread crumbs in middle on top of casserole. Cook on 350 for 20-30 minutes. I don't want mine to get burnt on top stage. Remove from oven, to table, or can set for minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
Our family requests I bring the Mac & Cheese every time. Mom taught me how to make it before I married.
