Grease an 8 inch pie pan or small rectangular dish.
Place the following in dish.

2 cups sliced peaches
Sprinkle with:
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 T. flour

Batter:
1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt

Combine and Add to batter:
2 egg yolks
1 T. melted butter
¼ c. milk
Mix batter until well blended. Put over fruit. (It will not cover
entire amount.) Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
